Belt to BeltVideo Link HERE
Belt to Belt infeed easily integrates with existing conveyed production lines. Product is received from existing production line conveyor onto the accumulation conveyor and is automatically indexed into the shrink wrapper. Infeed also accepts random length products automatically. TEACH Programming,which provides automatic set-up for package length changes, is included.
All infeed controls are available through the shrink wrapper touch screen. Wrapper infeed functions such as start/stop, speed ramping, etc. are seamlessly integrated with shrink wrapping machine functions into one controller.
Infeed can be configured with a slip-torque conveyor to accept product from the customer's conveyor. The product advances and gently accumulates up to the belt-to-belt indexing conveyor. The indexing conveyor advances the product and creates the proper gap prior to entering into the shrink wrapper film web. Once in the film web the product travels through the cross seal where the bag is formed.

Servo Controlled Compression Belt to Belt infeed consists of a servo compression belt and multi-belt, which hold back incoming products and accurately indexes the products into the shrink wrapper film web in phase with the traveling cross seal. This infeed will index single products, multi-packs and can handle multiple lanes. This system operates well at low to very high speeds. This infeed can be configured as a slip-torque to servo belt to flight infeed. Product will arrive to the slip-torque conveyor from the customer's conveyor. The product advances and gently accumulates up to the servo belt indexing conveyor. The servo belt controls moderate back pressure and releases product in phase with the flights. The flights advance the products into the shrink wrapper film web with proper spacing.

Servo Controlled Compression Belt to Flight infeed consists of an accumulation conveyor, a servo controlled compression belt, and flighted pusher pins. Products enter onto the accumulation conveyor and advance into the servo compression belt, that controls back pressure and advances the products in phase with the pusher pins. The pusher pins advance the products into the film web in phase with the traveling cross seal.

Dual Chain infeed has a rugged design and offers a solid platform for most products. The wide, flat pushers are ideal for controlling single products, 2-packs and stacked products. Pushers up to 8" tall are available. This infeed can be extended up to 45' in length for use as an assembly conveyor or mounting of multiple friction feeders and hoppers.
Flighted Pin Infeed is ideal for narrow products of 1" wide to the maximum width capacity of the wrapper, the quick change pusher pins are ideal for fast spacing changes. This infeed can be extended up to 45' in length for use as an assembly conveyor or mounting of multiple friction feeders and hoppers. Has a maximum pusher height of 2".

Flighted Fall Through
Flighted Fall Through infeed is ideal for products such as pizza or baked goods that experience drop off of toppings. The design prevents excessive debris build up that would normally contribute to down time during production, and it also minimizes debris in the finished package. This infeed is constructed of stainless steel and is easy to clean. Debris catch trays are also available with this system.
GWD- Gated to Flight Washdown
Gated to Flight Wash down infeed features stainless steel construction with debris fall through, has removable top covers, round and angled surfaces for ease of cleaning. Includes casters to roll away from the wrapper for wash down. Operates the same as the “G- Series” infeed.

Ideal for low product profile applications, the rotary series is a new addition to Extreme's family of products.
Gated infeed has a 4' accumulation conveyor, a positive stop product gate, an acceleration conveyor and product pusher pins. It easily adapts to existing product lines. The product is received from the customer's conveyor onto the 4' accumulation conveyor, the product is advanced to the positive stop and placement gate which releases the product in phase with the pusher pins. The product then advances into the film web in phase with the cross seal.
Speed modulation programming provides for automated lines to operate more efficiently by matching machine speed to fluctuations in production speed. All infeed controls are available through the shrink wrapper touch screen control panel.
No Touch Floating Belt Accumulation ConveyorVideo Link HERE
Equipped with three servo drives and works with the speed modulation programming. This system monitors and receives incoming products from the customer’s product carrying conveyor; products which are received randomly accumulate without contacting prior or following products. These products advance to the indexing servo belt which accurately releases products onto the flighted infeed of the wrapper. The Servo Controlled flights follow the cross seal movement to properly place the product into the film web in time with the traveling cross seal.
This system works best when the incoming products are presented in a steady flow.
Washdown/ Multi-Belt 4 Axis Servo Infeed SystemVideo Link HERE
This stainless steel washdown infeed integrates directly to the PLC and motion controls of the Extreme wrapper. It is ideal for high speeds and for products that do not accumulate well or should not touch each other. This system can receive products in a steady or random flow. The servo multi-belts make minor corrections to the product position prior to the wrapper indexing servo belt and servo flight pin infeed. The minor corrections present the products at the ideal spacing to phase to the wrapper infeed flight. The infeed flight inserts the product into the film web in sequence with the Extreme rotary cross seal. This system ties into the Speed Modulation Program, where a sensor is placed upstream on the incoming conveyor to monitor the rate of product flow. Based on this information the wrapper will increase or decrease its speed in order to minimize frequent stops and starts.
