Standard Features Included with AL Lap Seal

Efficient film usage with Scrap-less Forming Plow & Adjustable Electrostatic Longitudinal Seal

Film Cradle holds double length rolls of flat film, without the need for spindle shafts or locking core plugs. Film can be loaded from both sides of wrapper. Extra Stand-By cradle available

Allen\Bradley Control Micrologix 1200 PLC operates on 24 VDC which provides faster processing, increased reliability and minimal shock risk.

Color Touch Screen on Swivel includes Operator interface, Machine set-up instructions Diagnostics and on screen instructions. Has product recipe storage for up to 100 set-ups. Automatically sets up bag lengths and product operating parameters

Step By Step Programming – The operator inputs product dimensions and all the electronic functions are automatically set for that product. The Touch Screen provides step by step instruction to assist novice and expert operators on new product set up.

TEACH Programming provides automatic set-up mode for package length changes.

Smooth Continuous Motion Cross Seal System moves with the product during the sealing process. This provides for longer dwell times that result in stronger seals and fewer rejects. The continuous motion process also puts less stress on machinery components than the stopping and starting of intermittent motion system.

Seal bars have Multi-zone heater design providing uniform temperature across the entire seal bar. The system requires lower temperatures and less dwell time. The results are higher machine speeds, cleaner seals and better looking finished products. Will run polyolefin, polyethylene and PVC films.

Powered pinwheel perforator Both pinwheel and back-up brush are driven at film speed to provide positive perforating without tearing
