PLC CONTROL Integrated PLC control package can be easily programmed for a wide range of automatic product accumulators, collators and feeders. Standard programming includes speed modulation and extended package length functions.
SMOOTH, CONTINUOUS MOTION OPERATION Continuous motion operation provides smooth, shingle-free product transport.
ORBITAL SEALING SYSTEM All mechanical, orbital cross-sealing system produces strong, clean seals with all commercial shrink films and maintains precise product positioning and consistent bag length throughout the speed range.
PTC SEAL BAR One piece solid knife cross-seal bar with digital temperature control provides uniform temperature across the entire seal bar. Produces quality seals at minimum temperature and requires lower maintenance than multiple piece seal bars.
PRODUCTION LENGTH INFEED Standard nine-foot flighted infeed provides ample room for several people to hand-feed. Allows space for fitting a variety of automatic feeders. Includes no-product detect to operate wrapper on demand. Available with optional extension(s).
QUICK PRODUCT SIZE CHANGEOVER Simple PIV adjustment knob for bag length variations permits quick product size changeover.
QUICK-PHASE PRODUCT POSITIONING Infeed flight positioning is achieved with a quick-phase switch; no tools required.
ADJUSTABLE FILM INVERTER Hand wheel adjustments allow for easy package height and width changes, minimizing downtime, and keeping productivity high.
SIMPLE PRODUCTION SPEED CHANGES Production speed changes are accomplished with a single speed dial; all machine functions increase proportionally. No timer adjustments required.
FILM WIND VERSATILITY Operate with center-folded film or utilize single-wound film with optional film centerfolder.
POWERED PINWHEEL FILM PERFORATOR Both pinwheel and back-up brush are driven at film speed to provide positive perforating without tearing. Thumb-screw adjustments permit depth adjustment for hole size.
INTEGRATED TRIM WINDER Machine driven, easy-load and unload trim winder with adjustable tensioning. Located for easy operator access.
