Success story: “We had a novel idea of shrink wrapping fresh single produce items to provide a quick and easy way for consumers to enjoy their food. We had a challenge of how to reliably shrink wrap fresh produce of varying shapes. The machine is very flexible, we can wrap from a small 3” tray all the way up to 2 foot long trays. We can run different fresh produce categories with minimal change over time. Basically there is no down time. We had minimal problems in the beginning that had to do with film thickness. The biggest issue we had was when the film manufacturers changed film thickness and they did not tell us. With consistent film thickness and basic setup there is virtually no down time."
