Continuous Motion Lap Seal Wrappers
The New Extreme Lap Seal Wrappers offer lower film consumption and zero
waste. These highly efficient machines can be operated from the right and
left-hand side via the user friendly, swivel color touch screen. The film
cradle is easy to use because it can be loaded or threaded from either side
of the wrapper. Film centering hand wheels are also conveniently located on
both sides of the wrapper. Extreme lap seal wrappers are available in the AL
Series, S-Series and XS-Series.

The EXTREME model X-16SS is a heavy-duty, high-speed, SIDE-SEAL, automatic wrapper.
This model utilizes a "FILM INVERTER", which is easily adjustable for wrapping different package sizes. The inverter forms a "tube" of film around the package and delivers the open film edges to the side-seal mechanism for longitudinal trim sealing.
These heavy-duty wrappers are designed with versatility and multi-shift operation in mind. The proven mechanical design translates into straightforward operation and maintenance simplicity. The all-mechanical, orbital, cam-operated end seal produces strong cross seals and consistent bag length at high speeds. |
